The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff providing kind and professional service. Despite some language issues and a mix-up with our reservation, the overall experience was good. The location was convenient, near Cevahir Mall and Taksim, but the limited shuttle service was a downside. The dining experience offered a big variety of food, although breakfast options were not ideal. The facilities were well-maintained and up to standards.
